Topic: Love for God and Neighbour
Text: Matthew 22:34-40

In the above text, a Pharisee asked Jesus: "Which is the greatest commandment in the Law?" Jesus replied, "Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind". He then added, "And the second is like it: Love your neighbor as yourself."
To link the second commandment with the first, Jesus meant to say, loving God and neighbor are intertwined.
How quick we often will claim to love God but cannot assuredly claim to love our neighbor. Let’s begin to look at our love for God in the light of how we help others in need.
