As we count down the days to our general elections, we are reminded and encouraged to pursue and ensure peaceful actions and deeds to keep the peace of our nation.
Today's scripture reminds us that to secure peace, a lot depends on us as individuals. Everyone must strive, desire, and be totally committed to living in harmony with his or her neighbour. The first effort towards peaceful coexistence is our individual commitment to peace, no matter the external provocation.
This week and beyond make it a personal commitment to be a peace ambassador Amen
