Topic: Qualities of a Leader
Text: Deut. 1:15-17

Every now and then, we are called upon to choose or nominate people into leadership. Either for the family, church, organisation, or nation. We sometimes wonder what to look out for when making such choices.
Today's text gives us some qualities to guide our choices:
1. Leaders must be wise and experience
2. Leaders must judge righteously
3. Leaders must be impartial
4. Leaders must not be intimidated by others
With prayer and this guidance, we are sure of having the right leaders all the time
