Text: 1 Peter 5:1-4

Faithfulness in leadership is greatly rewarding. Be encouraged man of God, deacon, departmental leader, sectional leader, and whatever level of leadership you are serving.
Do it willingly, eagerly, and be a good example for your followers. Shepherd your flock with great love as God will want you to do it.
Your Reward - The unfading Crown of Glory given by the Lord Jesus Christ Himself
For this reason, be faithful, dear Leader.
