The End-time Revival Centre, Assemblies of God Church is led by Rev. Victor Kunkpe. He is assisted by Rev. Patience Boateng and 3 other associate pastors. The church also has a 7-member board that help in spearheading it's Mission and Corporate Vision.

Rev. Victor Kunkpe joined the Assemblies of God in 1981 and was baptized i1982 at Oblogo. He joined the Odorkor Official Town branch in 1986 . In 1988, when he had to do his National Service, he joined Assemblies of God, Ghana, Takoradi Central. There, he served as the Youth Secretary and Sunday School Teacher.
He then moved to the End-Time Revival Centre, Assemblies of God, Ghana, under the leadership of the immediate past Senior Pastor, Rev. Dr. Francis Nyarko, the same year (1997) the church began. At End-Time, he became the Sunday School Superintendent. After responding to his pastoral call, Rev. Kunkpe entered the Southern Ghana Bible College (SGBC), now Assemblies of God Theological Seminary (AGTS), where he obtained a Diploma in Theology upon graduation in 2002. He became the first Associate Pastor of End - Time Revival Centre, Assemblies of God, Ghana, and served until the Senior Pastor retired on 24th February 2024.
